Can You Play State of Decay 2 on Windows 7

SoD2 on Win 7 ???
Then i just bought a digital copy and redeemed it thru redeem.microsoft.com
It was added to my business relationship and it said ti would be automatically downloaded to my xbox alive. But i dont ain an Xbox thats why i bought a Windows version....
Is there a manner to download this game somehow so i can play information technology ? I know information technology says windows 10 merely according to the FAQ on SoD webpage it looks like it should be available on Win 7 too simply without Xbox Play.

If y'all purchase the digital edition from the Windows 10 Microsoft Store y'all will take access to the game on your PC, and you lot volition too have a license to play the game on Xbox 1. Additionally, if you buy a digital copy of the Xbox 1 version of the game, you will have the license to play on Windows 10 PC.
